   {% endstep %}

{% step %}

## Review errors

1. Switch via **Go to error list**.
2. You see all error groups with **level** (coloured), **PHP verdict**, **category** and **causer**.
3. Sort by **Total** to see the most frequent errors on top, or filter in the right sidebar by level/status/causer.
   {% endstep %}

{% step %}

## Open an error

1. Click a row.
2. First read the **PHP analysis (free)**: verdict, a concrete **action** and the **next steps** (responsibility).
3. Check **Affected locations** if the same error occurred in several places.
   {% endstep %}

{% step %}

## Optional: AI analysis

1. If the PHP assessment is not enough, click **Analyse with AI**.
2. The AI provides a detailed cause and recommendation. Cost (in €) and tokens are shown.
3. An already created analysis is **not billed again**.
   {% endstep %}

{% step %}

## Ticket text or fix guide

1. After the AI analysis – depending on the **category** – the button **Create ticket text** (third-party/core) or **Create fix guide** (own plugin) appears.
2. Click it, review the result in the editor and click **Copy**.
3. Paste the ticket text into the third-party support ticket in your Shopware Account (select plugin + version there).
   {% endstep %}

{% step %}
