# Error list

The error list shows all detected errors—**grouped**. The same error at different locations is **one** entry; the **Total** column is the sum of all occurrences.

## Columns

| Column                                               | Meaning                                                                                                                                                                                         |
| ---------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Status**                                           | Processing state: new, watch, fixed, ignored, critical (manual).                                                                                                                                |
| **PHP verdict**                                      | Free PHP rating: serious, recurring, harmless.                                                                                                                                                  |
| **Level**                                            | Error level as a coloured pill: **Critical** (red), **Error** (orange), **Warning** (amber), **Deprecated** (violet, deprecations), **Notice** (blue). The row also has a coloured left border. |
| **Category**                                         | Origin: Own plugin / Third-party plugin / Shopware core.                                                                                                                                        |
| **Causer**                                           | Plugin or package the error originates from.                                                                                                                                                    |
| **Message**                                          | Single-line truncated; the info icon opens the full message.                                                                                                                                    |
| **Total / AI analysed / Ticket created / Last seen** | Count, ticks and time.                                                                                                                                                                          |

## View the full message

### Open the message

In the **Message** column, click the **info icon** (ⓘ) to the left of the text.

### Review the complete message

The complete error message opens in a **modal**—full, in monospace, scrollable for very long texts.

### Close the modal

Close via ×, "Close" or a click outside.

## Search

Use the **search bar** at the top to search for a causer or a part of the text.

### Open filters

Open the **Filter** sidebar on the right (funnel icon).

### Select filter criteria

Filter by **Causer** (contains), **Level** and **Status**.

The level filter cleanly separates **Warning** and **Deprecated**: "Warning" shows no deprecations, "Deprecated" shows only those.

### Apply or reset filters

**Apply** applies, **Reset** clears the filters.

## Edit a row

Click a row to open the **detail page** (PHP analysis, AI analysis, ticket/fix, status). Use **Scan now** at the top to read new logs at any time.
