# Dashboard

The dashboard is the plugin's start page and your situation overview: provider status, usage, statistics and maintenance.

## Header (buttons)

* **Manual** – opens this documentation in a new window (language-dependent German/English).
* **Mapping list** – to maintain the origin per causer.
* **Go to error list** – to the list of all error groups.

## AI provider cards (Claude / ChatGPT)

Each card shows the provider's state:

* **No API key configured** – key missing in the configuration.
* **Inactive** – key present, but the active switch is off.
* **Active** (green) – ready; plus model, last connection and estimated cost.

### How to test the connection

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

## Click **Test connection**

Click **Test connection** on the card.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

## Check the result

On success it shows "Active" with model and timestamp; on failure a clear message (e.g. missing/invalid key).
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

## Usage & budget

* **Spending this month** – per provider and total (estimated).
* **Monthly budget** – if a budget is set, the AI analysis is blocked once it is reached.

## Statistics

* **By error level** – bars for critical/error/warning.
* **Most frequent errors** – top list; a click jumps straight to the error's detail page.

## Maintenance

* **Send test report** – sends a summary report to the configured recipients right away (regardless of the schedule). Ideal for checking mail delivery.
* **Clear log file(s)** – empties the files of the current log source. For safety, only active **in the dev environment** and with a prompt. In production the button is disabled.

{% hint style="info" %}
If no test mail arrives, check the Shopware mail settings and whether an address is entered under "Report recipients".
{% endhint %}
