# Forms Manager for Shopware 6

With our Form Manager plugin for Shopware 6, you can create forms in Shopware 6.

To do this, you can assign different form fields to the form:

E-mail

phone

Date

Checkboxes (multiple selection)

Radio buttons (simple selection)

Dropdown/Select

Text field

Text area

Color field

password
