# FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions about CMS Widgets

<details>

<summary>Where do I find the new elements?</summary>

In the Shopping Experiences designer, when inserting a new block (**+** icon). Filter the block catalogue by category at the top, or use the search field.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why does my element look empty in the storefront?</summary>

A newly inserted element has no content yet (no image, no text). Open the gear icon on the element and fill in at least a title or an image.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why doesn't my border show a colour?</summary>

The border must first be enabled via the **"Show border"** toggle – only then does the colour picker appear. See [Shared Settings](broken://pages/e7cb7e1e1d57828b19627cdfb20828f62600eaf9#border-onoff-colour).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I change the column count of a card block afterwards?</summary>

Not directly – the column count is part of the block itself (e.g. "Image & Text Cards – 3 columns"). To get more or fewer cards, insert the matching block with the desired column count.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Do the settings behave differently on mobile devices?</summary>

Yes – grid layouts can be configured separately per breakpoint (mobile/tablet portrait/tablet landscape/desktop), see [Shared Settings](broken://pages/e7cb7e1e1d57828b19627cdfb20828f62600eaf9#icon-size-columns-grid-elements). Images, text and most other fields are global and adapt responsively.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is the plugin multilingual?</summary>

Yes, the backend (configuration panels, block catalogue) is fully available in German and English. The content itself (titles, texts, images) is maintained per language/sales channel in Shopware as usual.
