# Overview (customer account)

The bonus points overview is the start page of the customer account area and can be reached via the **Bonus Points & Rewards** menu item.

## Access

**My Account → Bonus Points & Rewards** (or directly via `/account/bonus`)

## Display elements

### Points balance badge

Large badge showing the current points balance. Color configurable under [Design & colors](broken://pages/d4b23e30d3b4accb863993cc5d2b6497f73cc415).

### Loyalty level display

Shows the current level (Bronze / Silver / Gold) as well as a progress bar to the next tier.

Example:

### Navigation tiles

Up to five tiles link to the sub-pages:

| Tile             | Target                  |
| ---------------- | ----------------------- |
| My points        | Transaction history     |
| Redeemed rewards | Redemption history      |
| Invite friends   | Referral page           |
| Pending reviews  | Review prompts          |
| My orders        | Shopware order overview |

Each tile can be given an individual image (see [Navigation tiles](broken://pages/7c2fce2bac18b8ea3d5f00251a95b9a69fcf84b7)).

### Rewards overview

Below the tiles, all active rewards are shown as cards. Customers see at a glance:

* Name and description
* Required points (badge)
* **Redeem** button (active when points are sufficient; otherwise locked with a note about the missing points)

### Pending orders (points preview)

Shows open orders for which points will be credited after completion. Each order shows the expected points badge (in green).
