You can create blog entries under this menu item.

If you click "Create" you can add a new entry

Important information:

Fill out fields like title, sub headline, description, SEO. Without these fields, a blog entry will not be displayed correctly in the frontend.

In order to create an entry, a category and at least one author must be created in advance

Title:

Entry name

Subheadline: Subtitle of the entry

Short description

Description of the entry (listing)

Description

Description of the category

Categories:

Assign one or more blog categories

It is important to assign a category to a blog entry, otherwise the entry will be displayed in the frontend

Tags:

Visibility:

Specify in which sales channel the entry should be displayed

It is important to assign a sales channel to a blog entry, otherwise the entry will be displayed in the frontend

Settings:

Here you can make settings for the display of various information in the selected template for the detail page.

Top information bar:

Shows the information bar above the detail page (the display differs depending on the template)

Show categories:

Shows all categories (the display differs depending on the template)

View Author Card:

Shows a “business card” of the author (the display differs depending on the template)

Show release date:

Shows the date of publication

Show read:

Shows how many have read the entry

Show Sticky:

With this setting, the right entry (template design1) scrolls

Author:

Assign an author

If you do not assign an author, it is recommended not to activate the author card etc

Seo Url:

Under the SEO tab, you can make SEO-specific settings. In addition, set a specific SEO URL.

In general, SEO URLs for blog categories and entries are generated via Settings > Seo. However, if you specify an SEO Url here, it will be used as the SEO Url. Make sure to enter a correct SEO URL.
